Extend the experience without losing the character.
theALMAgroup worked inside an established national entertainment brand system, translating Sid's science-readiness mission into useful communications for parents, educators and children. The goal was not to reinvent Sid—it was to give the audience more ways to investigate, explore and discover.

Science learning that left the television screen.
theALMAgroup developed an interactive CD and its packaging to extend the Sid experience into a portable educational resource. It became another touchpoint where the program's characters, visual language and science-learning mission could continue working after the episode ended.

Tools that turned watching into participation.
The educational materials encouraged adults to use the show as a springboard for conversation, observation, vocabulary, prediction, recording and everyday science. English and Spanish versions made the learning system useful across more families and communities.
