01 • Create the Identity

A program students could recognize—and see themselves in.

The ECE identity created a friendly, energetic visual system for a workforce-development initiative centered on early care and education. The brand carried across recruitment, partner communications, career guidance and digital experiences.

02 • Make the Journey Simple

INFORM.
ENGAGE.
INVOLVE.

theALMAgroup turned a complicated recruitment and career-development program into a clear three-step journey: introduce students to ECE, connect them with real-world experiences, then move interested students toward counseling, coursework and career preparation.

1

INFORM

Introduce the program and the role ECE providers play in children's growth and development.

2

ENGAGE

Connect students to field trips, college child-development programs, job shadowing and hands-on experiences.

3

INVOLVE

Provide career and college counseling and connect students with child-development coursework and credit.

03 • Information Design

Make a complex career pathway feel possible.

The career roadmap translated coursework, degrees, job possibilities and salary ranges into a visual journey. Instead of presenting students with institutional complexity, the communication gave them a route they could follow.

Your path, their future.
04 • From Information to Interaction

A website built around the journey.

theALMAgroup planned and developed a multi-section website and content-management architecture covering the ECE program, career pathways, training, resources and participating organizations. The digital system was designed to make program information maintainable while giving each participating organization a place within the larger experience.

05 • Take the Program Into the Community

One brand. Multiple recruitment touchpoints.

theALMAgroup Ripple Effect

AWARENESS → INTEREST → EDUCATION → TRAINING → CAREER → COMMUNITY

A student understands the opportunity. That student gains education and training. A career begins. Children and families benefit. The communication has moved far beyond the first touchpoint.
